Mow the lawn, skim the pool, fluff or replace sun-faded patio cushions, and handle any visible repairs (a chipped wall, a missing knob). Indoor cables, charger spaghetti, and last-minute staging we handle when we arrive. We bring wine and fresh flowers for the hero shots, so don’t worry about those.
One free revision round. Specific edits only (faster pacing, different music, swap clip 3 for clip 7), not full reshoots. We edit in batches so your feedback applies across the whole pack at once, not Reel by Reel.

Bundling saves more: pair social content with photography or an image film for 10% off the second service, 15% off the third and beyond.
Travel is billed separately, but since we tour the US full-time in our RV, we can stay near your property for multiple days and shoot around the weather.
