Indoor cables, charger spaghetti, and last-minute staging we handle when we arrive. We bring wine and fresh flowers for the hero shots, so don’t worry about those.
You get a free revision round. Specific edits only (brighter, warmer, swap the angle), not full reshoots. We send a numbered gallery so your feedback can be exact: “image 14 brighter, image 22 less yellow, swap image 31 for shot B.”
30 to 40 for studios and cabins, 40 to 60 for family homes, 60 to 80 for estates and mansions. We always shoot well above the deliverable count and curate down. You don’t need 200 mediocre photos, you need 40 great ones. Every delivered photo is color graded, retouched for distracting elements (loose cables, smudges, stains), and exported in the appropriate formats.

Bundling saves more: pair photography with an image film or a month of social content for 10% off the second service, 15% off the third and beyond.
Travel is billed separately, but since we tour the US full-time in our RV, we can stay near your property for multiple days and shoot around the weather.
