Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Account and purchase information: name, email address, billing address, shipping address (if applicable), phone number.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe (via WooPayments) and PayPal. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: any information you send us via email, contact forms, or booking calls (including inquiries about photography services).
- Property and shoot details: address of the property, images or video for briefing, scheduling preferences.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referral URLs, and time spent on pages.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and pixels to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure how visitors use the site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand aggregate site usage. Google may collect additional data in accordance with its own policies.
Information from third parties
- Payment processors (WooPayments/Stripe, PayPal) share transaction data with us to complete your purchase.

- Account and order data: kept as long as needed to service your account and for at least 7 years after your last order for tax and accounting purposes.
- Marketing preferences: kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short internal retention period.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months for event data).

Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption on our site, hosted payment forms, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated by email if we have your address.
